Services
- General Site Contracting
- Sambol Construction performs sitework and general site contracting for both the private and public sectors throughout the State of New Jersey. Sambol Construction will manage all of the general sitework package which includes, but is not limited to, surveying, clearing, demolition, mass earthwork, sanitary sewer mains, pump stations, storm drainage, culverts, water mains, bridges, retaining walls, curb, sidewalks, paving, building excavation, lot grading, topsoil return, landscaping, fencing, traffic lines, and signage.
- Earthwork
- Sambol Construction performs earthwork construction including mass earthwork excavation, general excavation, foundation excavation as well as lakes, reservoirs, etc. for both the private and public sectors throughout the State of New Jersey. Sambol Construction's Earthwork Division also performs on-lot grading which includes, but is not limited to, basement excavation and backfill, building pad grading, lot grading, and topsoil return.
- Bridges/Culverts
- Sambol Construction builds single span bridges, multi-span bridges, pile foundations, steel sheet piling, pre-fabricated structures, etc. for both the private and public sectors throughout the state of New Jersey.
- Pump Stations
- Sambol Construction constructs sanitary sewer pump stations, storm water pump stations, and reconditions existing pump stations for both the private and public sectors throughout the State of New Jersey.
- Public Utilities
- Sambol Construction installs public utilities to include Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer and Water Distribution Systems as well as Booster Stations, Well Houses and Treatment Plants for both the private and public sectors throughout the State of New Jersey.
- Lakes
- Sambol Construction constructs lakes and ponds for residential developments, commercial projects, and golf courses. Sambol Construction will build lakes out of clay liners, PVC liners, polypropelyene liners, as well as lakes naturally fed from ground water.
